Unknown People Torch Over 20 houses in Gulu

Kaunda Oyet, the Kanyagoga A Secretary General, says the houses were torched between midnight and 3am in the wee hours of Wednesday morning. He says in his area three houses with property worth over Shillings 2 million were razed down living over 10 people homeless.
