Mbarara Municipal Councilors Boycott Session 3

Mbarara Municipality speaker Bonny Tashobya told the media that he was prompted to adjourn the meeting on after only 15 councilors showed up in the council hall despite the fact that many of them could be seen hanging around the municipal offices. Tashobya says that the failure by councilors to turn up for the meeting made impossible for those present to realize the Quoram to make any binding decision.
