Tumusiime John, a farmer in Kibiimba Village says that they have failed to transport their agricultural produce and tea to the market because the roads are impassable.

Busia district local government received two tractors for two selected farmer groups; Busia District Farmers Association- BUDFA and Sihubira Area Cooperative Enterprises. But on Tuesday, the groups assembled at the district to receive the tractors from the Chief Administrative Officer Joseph Balisanyuka. However, he said that groups would not receive the tractors until they fulfil the required guidelines.
