Kwania district recently received 192.7 million shillings under the production department as funds for ACDP from the Ministry of Agriculture Animal Industry and Fisheries.
According to Twesigye, preliminary investigations show that the five suspects whose names have been withheld have been stealing livestock especially cows, goats and pigs from Kyegegwa and Kyenjojo districts.
