William Onyai, the Gulu District Health Educator says that they have received information that the patients are mixing with other members of the public.
According to the task force members, the clinic has been closed to allow investigations in the theft of the oxygen cylinder to flow smoothly. Some members said that there are several complaints of sneaking patients out from the hospital to the same clinic where some of the patients end up dying.
