The incident occurred on Tuesday following heavy rains. Ronald Tumwesigye, a resident of Shozi village in Nyakabande Sub County says that he was digging in his garden when he witnessed heavy winds destroying houses in the area.
The rain started a few minutes after 6:00 am and took the better part of Tuesday morning. Road users, business, school children, among others, were affected in a downpour that preceded almost two hours of inactivity.
