Nakaseke Central Member of Parliament Allan Mayanja Sebunya asked Court to expedite the trial against the accused persons saying justice delayed is justice.
In his ruling, Brigadier Mugabe agreed with the prosecution that most of the sureties were not substantial, and only the four applicants had substantial sureties.
