Justice John Eudes Keitirima of the Land Division of the High Court ruled that the transfers on the disputed land from the Anselm Semakula to the subsequent vendors that sold the land to Alice Karugaba were fraudulent.
The prosecution alleges that on April 6 at Kazo Mixed Day and Boarding Primary School, Nansana Municipality, Illatum, Wamala, Kigula, and others still at large, with intent to defraud Kakooza Gerald of 300 million Shillings, made a consent agreement purporting that they were authorized to sell 6.04 acres of land belonging to Kazo Mixed Day and Boarding Primary School.
In the case filed before the High Court in Kampala, Hamidah Nabukenya alleges that on October 26, security personnel abducted four men among them her husband, Jamil Lukonge and took them to an unknown destination.
