Sesay Abdul Karim appeared the Entebbe Chief Magistrate, Juliet Nakitende on Monday who fined him Shillings 10 million for unlawful possession of heroin and Shillings 20 million for trafficking heroin via Entebbe International Airport or serve 30 years in jail on his own guilty plea.
