Moyo district Chairman Williams Anyama says that until Obongi becomes a district, it remains under the planning authority of Moyo District Local Government.
In an emergency meeting convened at Lopeduru Village in Kotido Municipal Council, the chairpersons said some of the most vulnerable members of their communities are severely starving and can’t even afford one meal a day.
