Daniel Kawalya, the chairperson of Zibulatudde roadside market vendors told Uganda Radio Network (URN) that they didn’t devise the eviction notice but delayed moving because of the ongoing construction of latrines at the proposed new site offered by Paul Salabwa, the Kikyuusa Town Council LC 3 Chairperson.
