According to health experts, at least five percent of the persons that have moderate to severe forms of the disease end up in need of a ventilator because they cannot breathe since their lungs are immersed in the fluid.
“To all members of the fourth estate, this is not just an individual. It is about the dreams we share, the aspirations we have and the responsibilities we have before the citizens of Uganda to serve them in a free, protected and safe environment. Let no journalist cover a police related activity,” Kazibwe asks journalists.
