The victim identified only as Yona is a casual labourer working for China State Construction Engineering Corporation Ltd, the Chinese firm undertaking the construction of Kitgum Central Market. He was rushed for emergency medical treatment in critical condition.
Health officials in the district disclosed that more than 500 people were vaccinated on Monday, the highest number recorded in a single day since the vaccination exercise kicked off on May 17, this year.
