Darius Muguma, 24 years, a welder in Arua City says he was injured a by teargas fired by police officers dispersing a procession by Presidential Candidate Patrick Amuriat on Sunday.
Police officers, who are majorly along the Ntoroko-Bundibuyo highway, are indiscriminately asking the people to clear the road and the places in its vicinity.
