Dr. Robert. S. Okeny, the Pader District Veterinary Officer, has confirmed the outbreak. James Akera, a livestock farmer at Ideng B village in Burlobo Parish, Angagura Sub-County in Pader district, says he lost two head of cattle from his stock of 31 cattle to the deadly disease.
