The acting Chairperson to the Commission Katebalirwe Amooti Wa Irumba says the clashes witnessed between political candidates and security personnel are as a result of failure by politicians to respect the set guidelines.
Construction of the two houses commenced on Tuesday with the laying of foundation stones by the Katikiro Charles Peter Mayiga. The houses will comprise four bedrooms, VIP pit latrine and rainwater harvesting systems
According to the study, 55.7% of the people who spent between 1 to 3 years in captivity returned home but were never resettled.
