Police in Soroti district have blocked a demonstration by a group of youths protesting the proposed amendment of Article 26 of the Constitution currently before parliament.
The councilor demanded the suspension of the Robert Kituma, the KCCA Chief Law Enforcement Officer on grounds that he acted recklessly while leading police to calm down the situation when vendors stormed the city authority after Basemeras death.
