He says preliminary investigations show that the deceased had withdrawn money to the tune of 8 million shillings for use in the field to buy tealeaves but was hijacked using a yet to be identified car.
Police have identified the deceased as Prosper Watyekele (8), Promise Bukoma (6) and Robinah Watemba 1 and half years. The one admitted is 15-year-old Namakoye.
