The suspects were attending a birthday party organized by Joachim Ategeka in contravention of the ban on social gathering as part of the COVID-19 containment measures.
Kereni Namara, the Acting Lyantonde District Police Commander, confirmed the arrest saying the suspects are being questioned to aid police with information that can enable them to track down Nayebare.
