Kasasira say preliminary investigations show that the Fuso lorry was overtaking a Wish car in a corner when the bus came from the opposite side causing a head on collision.
Samson Kasasira, the Rwizi Region police spokesperson identifies the deceased as Chris Abigaba, who was riding the Boda boda, Agustus Ahimbisibwe 17 and Ameria Abaho 6, both passenger and residents of Kagongi village in Ibanda district.
