Kakwanjire together with other residents of Kirasa village in Kyakorongo parish, Birembo sub-county are alleged to have teamed up and executed the brutal murder of Bright Akankwasa 35, which the LC III chairman allegedly personally commanded area on Thursday night at around 11:30 p.m.
