According to available information, Issa Kato was found dead in the river Semuliki when his boat capsized while fishing. It is alleged that after the incident, Kato's twin, Peter Isingoma attacked their grandmother, Faith Kabonesa, and hacked her to death. He accused her of having a hand in the death of his sibling.
