Agnes Akello Ebong, the RDC Nwoya and Susan Akany, the Resident District Commissioner for Omoro apologized to the audience for their colleague's sectarian and blasphemous utterances, saying RDC’s are meant to serve the people irrespective of their political affiliation.
The suspects: Godwin Achai a 47-year-old and Elvis Omara, 40-year-old all residents of Bazar West, Central Division in Lira City East were arrested after they attacked Sam Bruno Aliga, a Luo News anchor on Wednesday morning as he made his way into the station for the morning news bulletin.
