Dokolo Polls Close Amid Heightened Security Dokolo by- election 2 3

The Police deployed in Dokolo district to man security have been struggling to counter allegations of voter bribery, vote stuffing and violence that emerged in the afternoon hours on Thursday. Major complaints came from the opposition Forum for Democratic Change (FDC) and the Uganda People’s Congress (UPC).
