Tension, Heavy Deployemnt as Nkobazambogo Retreat Opens in Luwero 2

Yesterday five sons of Luweero LC 5 Chairman Abdul Nadduli uprooted the University Signposts in an effort to confuse participants and block the retreat. Luweero District Police Commander Godfrey Ninsiima says after the incident, police suspects that the group may also move on to destabilize the retreat.
