As Ugandas quest for a lower middle-income status continues, the National Planning Authority NPA has crafted parameters which, if achieved, would make the dream possible by 2020.The NPA Executive Director, Dr. Joseph Muvawala, says the lower middle-income status for Uganda would mean every individual in a household affording at least two meals a day, and being able to complete ordinary level education or attaining 11 years of schooling.
