Kiconco, the Proprietor of Lex Man Industries Limited filed a case against 17 original squatters on the land in Lusanja that he claims to have compensated and are currently occupying the land illegally.
The Ministry of Internal Affairs wrote to the president notifying him about the expiry of contracts of the board members but received no response. Instead, Internal Affairs Minister General Jeje Odong instructed Mondo to execute the functions of the board as they await a response from the president.
