Last month Ssalamu Godfrey Ngobi, the Assistant Registrar of Lira High Court issued a temporary injunction restraining Ibuje Sub County and Matrix Lands Ltd from carrying out any activities at Ibuje rock.
The prosecution told the court that Alia who hails from Ombaci village in Koboko assaulted and injured his sister and also destroyed trees belonging to Patrick Efitre his for allegedly grabbing his land.
