In his speech delivered by the deputy Mufti Sheikh Abdallah Semmambo during the second graduation ceremony of the Islamic Call University College, Sheikh Mubaje said it is local support, both financial and spiritual that has seen the University grow and embrace students from all walks of life including the underprivileged who are awarded scholarships to be able to attain an education.
Rev Esau Bbosa Kimanje, the Presiding Vicar for Namugongo parish, notes that they had anticipated that by June 3, the works on the amphitheater would be complete, but due to rain works have been slow.

According to the building plan, the church intends to set up a 10,000 seater infrastructure. They will later construct extension terraces going up to the existing museum structure to provide enough space for pilgrims who flock to the place.
