Upon searching his bags, a sub-machine gun (SMG), 24 live rounds of ammunition, 2 magazines, 3 pangas, a 1-litre bottle of petrol, and ropes were recovered.
However, security realized the Nansana suspects are serial criminals who have previously been arrested and charged in courts of law. These include Waiswa Ramazan, Hakimu Kyambadde and Rashid Mugulusi who rob using motorcycles and during day time disguise as boda-boda riders.
