Anna Loumo was discovered hanging by a rope inside her house in the early hours of Tuesday. It is alleged that Loumo's daughter was the first to find her mother hanging and immediately alerted neighbors, who then reported the matter to Tokora Police Post for further investigation.
Jackson Bogere, the Pader District Police Commander (DPC), said Ocen was found with cloth tied around his neck and mouth and life-threatening injuries. Key evidence, including a security uniform, torchlight, broken arrow and bow, and shattered bottles, was recovered at the scene.
