Esau Bahikayo, the Camp Commandant told Uganda Radio Network (URN), that by Saturday evening, they had registered 2,130 refugees at the centre but many more were still being brought in by UNHCR from the border where they report immediately after crossing from the DRC. He complained that the camp had not been adequately equipped to handle the influx.
