A total of 19 Dodoth cattle rustlers have surrendered to Uganda Peoples’ Defence Forces (UPDF) in Kaabong district. The rustlers mainly from the Dodoth clan in Karamoja region have been living in South Sudan after they fled the country around 2007 at the height of the disarmament exercise.
