Prof Pauline Byakika, a member of the Scientific Committee of the National COVID-19, task force says the drug is only a supplement and can only be recommended for use as a treatment once clinical trials have been completed.
They were arrested by police on Wednesday from different parts of the city centre and taken to the Constitutional Square, where they met the Kampala Capital City minister Hajat Minsa Kabanda.
