Michael Lakony, the District Chairperson says the machine is being operated by a private health service provider, Test and Fly Laboratory, one of the 14 laboratories accredited by the Health Ministry to undertake Covid-19 testing.
Dr.Sabrina Kitakka, a senior pediatrician at Mulago hospital commends the UNBS for the step to standardize children mattresses. She says that as a paediatrician she has encountered a number of children having complications developed from the bad mattresses used.
