Mbarara City Mayor, Robert Mugabe Kakyebezi, says they are aware of the challenges with transport for the technical staff and started budgeting for the vehicles in the previous financial year but prioritized buying road equipment.
Mutinye started teaching at Kamonkoli Secondary School in Mbale up to 1999 when he was transferred to Bulucheke SS in Bududa district where he taught until 2018. He was then transferred to Mbale High School last year where he is currently teaching Geography both at Ordinary and Advanced levels.
