The Archbishop of Gulu Diocese Dr John Baptist Odama has dedicated St. Monica Vocational Training Center and Daniel Comboni Vocational Training Institute for sheltering and rehabilitation of the children.
One of such parents is, Marcus Kakungulu, a father of four who separated with the mother of his children in 2015. Kakungulu says his mission is to erase the mothers memory from the children in their own interest.
