The money was deposited by an American national Robert Kaminski before the court, as a security deposit pending a divorce disposal between him and a one Racheal Kisakye Nalukwago, in 2016.
John Baptist Male, the LCI Chairperson of Namaliga East zone in Bombo Town Council says that it’s difficult to preside over a case without single coin yet the session takes time. He adds that they are also demoralized because higher courts always nullify their judgements.
