The disciplinary court of the Uganda Police Force has convicted three of its commanders over neglect of duty in a case where former presidential candidate Kiiza Besigyes supporters were beaten.
Godfrey Sabiti shot his wife, Esther Caroline Akol dead at around 6:30am this morning before shooting himself. The couple has been living with their three children identified as Daniel Odeke, Blessing Kayeng and Gloria Rwoth.
