The university also faults Dr Kamunyu for using abusive language, insults and verbal exchanges allegedly aimed at intimidating the University officials who were in charge of preparations for the inaugural Council meeting scheduled for December 20, 2018. The act contradicts provisions of the Makerere University Human Resource Manual.
