On Wednesday last week, Waninda was caught on camera slapping a journalist working with Smart 24 television recording him after appearing before the Commercial Court to respond to against charges of landing grabbing.
The charges date back to July, 2018. Prosecution alleges that in July, 2018, Kyagulanyi, his co accused and others at large while at City Square in Kampala, disobeyed sections 5 and 10 of the Public Order Management Act.
The suspects who have been in jail since their arrest will return to court on May 6th 2019 for the Judge Advocate Col. Richard Tukachungurwa to sum up the case before a judgment date is set.
