Justice Ssekaana dismissed the application on Monday morning on grounds that it was filed outside the stipulated three month period for filing applications for judicial review.
According to Mabirizi he had obtained a temporary injuction from the Commercial Court Registrar stopping a Landlord from evicting him but in the process, Justice Madrama then a commercial court Judge directed him and the Landlord to settle their issues out of Court.
In another separate petition concerning Justice Richard Buteera, Mabirizi says he doesn't have any issue with his integrity, but the Supreme Court Judge was appointed to a position that has not been vacant.
