Police Constable number 44417 Richard Asiimwe attached to kaharo police post in Kaharo sub county and Teopista Busingye both residents of Kibungo cell, Nkumbura Parish in Kaharo Sub County Kabale District had been accused of conniving to poison Kyintaribona a resident of the same residence.
The convict, Gideon Niwamanya, attached to Nteko Tourism Police post in Nyabwishenya Sub County- Kisoro District, shot and killed his colleague Police Gilbert Musasizi on May 17, 2013. He accused him of failing to perform his assigned duties.
