Unveiling the 2019 tourism plan, the Kingdom’s Tourism Minister, Hellen Namutamba says that, most European tourists are attracted to African culture arguing that people who own traditional homes will gain out of this venture.
The move to close the houses follows several warnings by the municipal authorities to the affected homesteads that went in vain. The LC1 Chairperson Nakapelimen village, Richard Lokeris, says that the operation has been long overdue.
