Speaking to URN at their final training session at the Jinja based Dams water stadium on Friday evening, the Jinja Hippos, said they acquired the necessary skills and tips to win their remaining fixtures.
Ngonde who spoke on behalf of his colleagues, says that they will strive to ensure that their new club maintains its glory in the league. “Our target is to ensure that the club outshines her critiques throughout the remaining matches,” he said.
The selected team was chosen after posting impressive results in the Source of the Nile Half Marathon Competitions held in Jinja this morning. The run attracted 138 athletes from 22 athletics clubs all over the country.
