Kitgum Municipal Council signed a contract with Trio Consultants Ltd in June this year to supervise, China Railway 18 Bureau Group Co Ltd that was contracted to undertake the 16.6 Billion shillings road construction.
A section of councilors led by James Agaba, the representative of the Southern division and the elderly male councilor, Phillip Ntakyotugyira, said there is no way they would approve Nambajimana because his Primary Leaving Examination certificate bears the name of Nambajimana Alex B, Ordinary Level certificate bears Nambajimana B. Alex and Tertiary Institution and University certificate bears Nambajimana B. Alex.
Muhammad Mubiru, the Principal Hospital Administrator at Entebbe Hospital, says that 20 health workers will be accommodated units. He adds that the construction of the units is timely since the lack of accommodation poses a challenge to their performance.
