Luke Owoyesigyire, the Deputy Kampala Metropolitan Police Spokesperson, says Segawa was picked from Nkrumah Road in the City Centre after being trailed for some time. According to Owoyesigyire, the arrest was prompted by numerous complaints against the suspects by some people implicating him for threatening them.
