Mugisa says territorial police is supposed to take charge of the incident, do effective traffic management, control crowds and at the same time call for specialized capacity of rescue teams for instance ambulances.
According to UCC, those whose Sim Cards are deactivated can reactivate the lines after presenting a valid National ID for a fresh SIM Card registration. It says the deactivation will not affect SIM card purchased, upgraded, Swapped or replaced between May 2018 to date.
