Nsobya says that Uganda is threatened by ADF remnants both within the country and abroad who are regrouping and plotting to launch violent attacks on unsuspecting civilians. Nsobya has said this during a sensitization meeting on the dangers of terrorism held at the Iganga district headquarters on Friday.
While finalizing his tour within Busoga sub-region in Iganga district on Friday, Ochola says that some officers have abandoned the core values of the institution which range from observance of human rights, and teamwork, which have affected the institution’s public image.
Our reporter at the scene adds that the entire building which was constructed in the early 1960s collapsed as a result of the fire outbreak. Properties which include Mattresses, boxes, clothes, beds and other valuables were all destroyed in the tragedy, he adds.
