Statistics from the Information and Communication Directorate in Uganda Police Force shows that Police has more than 8000 simcards registered under the UTL Closed User Group program.
Jennifer Musisi, the KCCA Executive Director, says rail transport has helped in decongesting the city as over 3000 passengers use it daily. She however, says their plans to expand rail transport to other routes have set back due to funding gaps.
